THE PLAN for the rest of this year.
2009 has welcomed not only a new year, but a shitlload of interesting challenges that I want to pursue as a entrepreneur and businessman. 2008 was a huge endeavor with learning the game of internet marketing and building my sales techniques and tips by covering the forex niche.
I had sold numerous copies of forex products from Niche Choppers, Steve Jones and Elliott Pearce. They in a certain way could be considered profitable, but the fallpoint was that I have had a 45% refund rate. The refund rate had nothing to do with misrepresentation of the product on the affiliates end, as it was the overall quality of the product and perhaps some real shitty customer service on the vendors end.
2009 poses a question about the monetization strategies that I will take and the goals that I hope to achieve. I had some big goals for 2008 but they were loosely planned and never followed to execution. I spose I could give excuses on why things never work, but you know it is what it is.
WEB DESIGN: NO MORE CLIENTS?
Nope. I know to never say never, but I am looking towards a singular method to making money online and I really do not need to clusterfucked with a million paths and a million different things to do. All of my current clients will be taken care of, as new clients will be directed to other web designers or services that are comparable in price and service. I have been distracted by doing web design, computer repair, and trying to build an insane internet marketing revenue stream.
A REGULAR JOB? OK WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?
Yeah, I am looking for a regular job. Reason for being is that I am looking to just build and construct a PURE affiliate income that I could not only live off of, but buy some great toys (MacBookPRO 17″, Trips to the Caribbean, NYC and France and of course a BMW 328i/335i at least )
I would prefer to be a lunch server at a fast paced, super busy restaurant or work in a highly customer service oriented business. Reason being is because I can work on customer service skills as well as business relationship building and how to deal with different customer situations and the like. Not that I suck at it, but the reinforcement of newer experiences always pays off for the better.
If you are looking for a lunch server that is great with “turn and burn” and reads your customers like a good book, along with some wine knowledge if you push some awesome varietals, contact me!!!
CPA OFFERS…
As of current I happen to be a member of a few CPA networks. Being in contact with affiliate managers from a few of these companies, I have been alerted along with each of the major ‘CPA gurus’ out there that huge profit potentials could be made. My brother and I are very enticed by this and want to shift our core focus from web design and other business activities to just pulling our efforts into CPA.
CLICKBANK OFFERS…
Done with them. As stated earlier, the forex offers were few and far between, and really if you think about it the refund rate was sharply offputting and to most, very discouraging. Do not get me wrong, a payout that ranges between $50 and $100+ is absolutely crazy to shoot for, but most of these expert advisor systems are junk. I have not put any time into marketing them as of recent and do not plan to make any time for them in the future.
I am not a fan of many of the clickbank products out there, and chances are if you ask me to promote one, I will probably kindly decline.
BLOGGING: Yes I am going to devote an hour/90 minutes a day to blogging, marketing and maintaining the blog.
THOMASHOWELL.ORG/THORG/THE ORG, ETC….
Just keeping things the way they are currently. Although I have missed a few days here and there, I have decided to keep going on the Age 29 Day “” routine as it is attracting some visitors and I have included some local news and other great things of interest. So far it is working, not bringing a million folks to the blog, but a respectable amount.
GOFOREXTRADE/GOSTOCKTRADE….
Again, I am not interested in forex and really in all truths I just in it because of the ‘told’ money potentials. It is risky and at a certain cash level, nobody can really win. If you have $50,000 trade on 1 lot and that is it! Do not buy these scammy fuckup Expert Advisors AT ALL!
Goforextrade.com is going to remain where it is for the time being as I haven’t decided on it’s fate. I am very wishy washy on the issue, because forex is a huge part of my blog monetization (from clickbank reviews) and I get a huge chunk of adsense revenue from the site still.
ILIVEINSUCCESS….
I am going to kick myself in the ass and get things rolling for ILiveInSuccess.com. I am going to return to the 5 day schedule format that I last followed. This time the product review will not be clickbank products, but other ones which have yet to be decided. Ferrari’s of the week should make a comeback and my weight loss Mondays as I am not heading to the gym on a regular basis. We hope to be live by april or may of this year.
RECIPECOLLECTIVE….
Ok since I am eating a bit more conservatively and exercising, I am probably not going to madly post into this vehicle. Recipe Collective has been the bastard child of ideas that came out a few years ago but haven’t really cultivated, like gostocktrade.com. With the NYC move plan that I decided to cut off, I was going to do some restaurant reviews and post recipes from my collection as well as cover different areas of food and the histories in each food highlight.
What the plan is now, is to create a localized South Jersey based restaurant, food, and recipe site (with some Philly restaurants as well.) I have a couple of template ideas for this website. Expect to see it live by summer of 2009.
Conclusion….
This is the plan for 2009. Short, concise and really a bold face business opportunity that I will take on at full speed. Web Design clients and other tech related things will be a thing of the past, as I focus solely on internet marketing and building an outside income just to support things. Some blogs will flourish, some sadly will be cut off.
