Hello folks,
I just want to take a minute to wish everybody a happy fourth of july (yeah, a bit belated) and that I have lost 10 pounds and that I have 10 more pounds to go in the frame of 16 days.
But, with all of this greatness with weight loss and lifestyle changes, I want to throw another iron in the fire… Another variable to make things a bit more interesting.
Today, when I was at my cousin’s house for their annual BBQ, they have an above ground pool. It was very hot outside and from a day of walking about Atlantic City and riding all over the Delaware Valley, who wouldn’t want to take a dip in the pool right?
There was only one small problem…. The pool ladder couldn’t hold anybody over 300 pounds. I am currently at 320 pounds, and lost 10 pounds from a recent change in eating.
Since I am doing so good so far, I want to push the envelope to the next level. I promised my cousin Karen, that I would be able to climb the pool ladder on August 1st.
So now, instead of just focusing on 10 pounds, I need to now focus on at least 20 pounds. Am I freaking insane? Holy fat batman can I prove myself wrong and make this happen???
IS IT MISSION IMPOSSIBLE???
