Well folks, I tried to push myself to go for 11 days and unfortunately, My brother Josh and I couldn’t handle more than 28 hours. The detox headaches and other side effects became too harsh and therefore a decision was made to stop the juice feast.

I will admit though, I was feeling a bit better as everything had leveled off and I really didn’t have any gastrointestinal issues.

Time to find yet another way to lose this fucking fat off of my gut. It ain’t going to magically disappear.
